We’ve started a Revolution, and we need you.

This individual should be organized, mechanically inclined, and dedicated to completing assignments and projects to meet the high standards of quality at Revolution Cycles.

Primary job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assemble new road, mountain, hybrid and children’s bikes; all bicycles arrive in boxes and need to be assembled, tuned, and in perfect working order to be placed on the sales floor
  • Assemble trailers, tag-a-longs, and other accessory products
  • Learn, understand and adhere to company policy, programs and standards

The Bicycle Assembler position is a commission-based position. After an initial training period, you will coordinate with the store and service managers to determine your schedule and will be paid for each bicycle assembled.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least six to 12 months of mechanical experience
  • Is neat and organized, and is respectful of a shared work space
  • Has some experience repairing and tuning bicycles
  • Is capable of safely lifting and carrying 40lbs on a regular basis
  • Is intrinsically motivated, able to work both independently and as a member of a team, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
