The Race Lite Hardcase offers armor-clad flat protection without sacrificing high-end road feel. Its triple protection reduces pinch flats, sidewall cuts and head-on punctures so you can concentrate on putting in the miles. And the Hardcase's high-speed tread compound provides optimal traction and low rolling resistance no matter what the weather, so this tire is equally at home training and racing.
Have had no puncture related flats in 1500 miles but I have the front tire now with several bubbles indicating the outer skin is seperating. Local dealer says bring in and they may give me some compensation for it. Will see what they will do for me. Tire isn't nearly worn out tread wise. Am saying I would recommend but that really depends on what the dealer will do for me warranty wise on this.

I bike at least 75 miles a week, and have put 17,500 miles on my set of tires in a period of almost 3 years. I have only had two flats in that entire time. Well made tires that let you use up the entire "rubber" on them and then some.

After going through Michi's, Conti's, etc, this is a great price on a great tire.
Superglue works wonders on this tire, approaching 3k with minimal wear due to liberal use of superglue on any cuts that may appear.
The last set, the rear tire actually lost a half dollar size patch of rubber, still kept air and took me from Port Arthur to Orange in the rain.

I've been using these tires for 4 years now. Average about one flat per season (2500 miles). They've been lasting me about 3000-3500 miles, but worth it.
