Designed and tested in the wind tunnel, raced and proven in the real world, Trek's Speed Concept 9.5 uses every trick in the book, and even invents a few new ones. To make you the fastest on the course, Trek's full-carbon, made-in-the-USA frame uses slippery Kammtail shaped frame sections that are lighter, stiffer and more aero than traditional designs, even in cross winds. There are trick aero details everywhere, including internal cable routing, hidden quick releases and built-in brakes and computer sensor. And, the Speed Concept is one of the most adjustable aero bikes available so you can find the perfect tuck and squeeze every watt out your efforts. Of course, the 9.5 is built for pure speed too, with a precision Shimano Ultegra grouppo, carbon TT bars and light Bontrager Race Lite wheels.

Wow, this bike is fast. Crosswind, headwind, tailwind, it doesn't matter. Got this bike as a present for my Ironman race, rode the course for the first time and average went up 2 mph. Great design, great bike all around. The rear brake could be easier to adjust, but for someone who loves to work on bikes, it's just right. The bike works better with the new D3 wheels from Bontrager, those wheels are fast, light, and stiff!
